5 days in 4×4-Agadir the desert and the kasbahs

Day 1 : Agadir – Taroudant – Ouarzazate and its Kasbahs

Departure at 8: 00 am after breakfast, in the direction of Taroudannt to follow the road to ouarzazat the quiet town gate of the Great South. Lunch on the spot, then visit the Ksar of Ait ben haddou, and the kasbah Taourirt (City Tour) and night in the riad in Ouarzazate

Day 2 : Ouarzazate – Skoura – KelaaMgouna – Valley of roses – Dades Gorges – Todra Gorge

Visit the beautiful landscape of the Skoura Palm Grove via the route of the thousand Kasbah (visit of the Kasbah of Amredhyle) and by a trail of 50 Km from Kalaa m’gouna we cross the valley of the roses and we reach the Dades Valley at the Kasbah of Ait Youl. Then to the Gorges of the Dades and lunch on the spot. After noon, return to Boumalnedades to continue towards Tinghir and the Toudra gorges.Dinner and overnight at Hotel .

Day 3: Tinghir-Tazarin-N’kob-Zagora-m’hamid

We can follow the longest section of macadam of the week, passing by Tazarin, then N’kob (small Berber village).Lunch in Zagora, after the road to M’hamid stopping in Tamgroute to visit the Koranic library (if desired) and the pottery making as well as the underground alleys.Continuation by the track through the palm grove of Ouled Brahim and The Reg of Elfaija and then we continue towards M’hamid to get to the bivouac.In the evening, dinner and overnight in a tent with Berber animation

Day 4: m’hamid – the sacred oasis-Chigaga

ride on dromedary for 1h, then departure in 4×4 by a track to reach the big dunes of Chigaga. quillwork under the shade of palm trees or tamarisks. In the afternoon, the trail continues to Chigaga. Arrive at the Bivouac to climb one of the highest dunes and watch the sunset, dinner and overnight in a tent .

Day 5 : Chigaga – Foum-zguid – Agadir

Departure to Agadir by the track between the dunes and the dried bed of the Draa. Pass by the Iriki Lake (vast area of dammed sand ) , then by FoumZguid and follow the road Taznakht. Stop at the carpet cooperative if you are interested in an explanation of the different types of carpets in the region. a lunch break and then continue on the road to Agadir, passing through the village of Taliouine and the town of Taroudant. Arrival in Agadir, transfer to your hotel or riad.
