Day 1 : Marrakech – Tizi n’tichka – Ouarzazate – The Dades valley – Ait Youl

Transfer from Marrakech to Ouarzazate by crossing the High atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’tichka pass (2260 meters above sea level). Lunch in Ouarzazate before arriving at Ait Youl. Then you will have time to discover the small village and the villagers who work in their fields. Six hours on the road. Night at the inhabitant.

Day 2 : Ait Youl (1500 m) – the tafoughalt plateau (1600m)

After breakfast, we start our hike towards the Saghro mountains. We cross the small villages that extend the capital city of Kalâat Mgouna Roses at the foot of the chain of the volcanic massif of Saghro. Overnight in tents on the Tafoughalt plateau near a well in a place frequented by the Nomads of the tribe of Ait Atta. 5 hours and 30 minutes walk.

day 3 : Tafoughalt (1600m)- Tagmout pass (1900 m) – Assaka(1500m).

A one hour hike to the tizin-Tagmout pass (1900m), then a short descent to the village of Tagmout surrounded by rocks .We pass with ease a canyon facing northeast to the village Assaka (1584m). Overnight in tents after Assaka village.

Day 4 : Assaka (1584) –Ighazoun (1250m)

You descend this beautiful valley through a rosary of small villages: Tajalajt, Berkou, Tifdassine. Where the villagers live in a decent way thanks to their herds of goats and sheep. Lunch will be served under the almond trees. Then after noon, we cross a small pass before going down to the Valley of Ighazzoun. Overnight in tents. 5 hours and 30 minutes walk.

Day 5 : Ighazzoun – Tadaout Not Tablah – Bab Does Ali

We cross the village of Ighazzoun before climbing towards the plateau of Tadaoute N’tablah; in the middle of a surreal rocky landscape circus. Then we will arrive at the famous Bab N’ali gate (1416 m). A landscape of pitons sculpted in sandstone rocks offers passengers splendid and gigantic shapes. The two main pillars form a sort of giant gate (Bab). Landscape-loving visitors can admire it from many angles depending on their position and that of the sun.

Day 6 : Bab Does Ali – The gorges of Afourare – igli among (2000 m)

We follow our way through the gorges of Assif N-Afourare before arriving at the small oasis of Boualouz; some fields of cereals combined with plantations of almond trees, testify to the effort made to live. We climb through the village of Afourare towards the small Oasis of Igli (2000 m) in the heart of the Saghro massif, on the way we meet with the transhumants of Ait Atta. Overnight in tents.

Day 7 : igli among (2000m) – Summit Kouaouch (2570m)- Almou N-Ouarg (1850 m)

After breakfast, we climb the Tassigdelt cliffs; where we appreciate the beauty of the landscape (the colors of the rocks, the silence of the mountain). Then we go on a good path, very used by sheep and goats, to the top of Kouaouch (2570m). From the top you can enjoy a beautiful view of the M’goun range, on the valley of the roses. The descent to our camp in Almou N’ouarg. 5h30 walk. Overnight in tents.

< strong>day 8 : Almou N-Ouarg (2400m) – Tagdilt (1650m)

A regular climb will lead us towards the IFED pass (2400 m). Panoramic view on the Dades Valley and on the south side of the M’goun massif at the High Atlas. A very nice descent by a mule path to a small valley of pink laurels for lunch. In the afternoon we continue to the village of Tagdilt (1650m). Night at the inhabitant.

Day 9 : Tagdilt (1650 m)- The Dades valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Departure around 8am. Return by car to Marrakech via the Dadès Valley. Some photo stops. Lunch after the Tichka pass. Arrival in Marrakech in the late afternoon .( 6 hours drive ) Overnight in Hotel .

Day 10 : transfer to the airport
